All goods are manufactured and printed to custom specifications. Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where a verifiable manufacturing or printing error attributable to STAM Products has occurred.

STAM Products will provide an artwork proof depicting the proposed design for your order. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the proof and providing approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs carefully for design, spelling, logos, colors, dimensions, and other details. STAM Products cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions contained in artwork that has been approved by the customer.

Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes to the artwork or order may not be possible. STAM Products will not be responsible for claims relating to the appearance or specifications of products that have been produced in accordance with the approved artwork proof.

If the delivered products differ from the approved artwork proof due to a verifiable error on the part of STAM Products, STAM Products will, at its discretion, correct the error, replace the affected products, or reprint the order as required.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order promptly upon delivery. Any damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to STAM Products in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.

Failure to notify STAM Products in writing within seven (7) days of delivery will be considered acceptance of the order and the products supplied. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover artwork, administrative costs, materials, labor, and other expenses incurred by STAM Products.

Orders cancelled before production or printing has commenced may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Once production or printing has commenced, cancellation may result in a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the order value, depending on the materials, components, labor, and production costs already incurred.

Custom orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds

Where a refund is approved by STAM Products, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds will only be processed for amounts determined to be refundable under these Terms & Conditions.

Shipping, delivery, and other third-party charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any approved refund will be processed after the applicable return, cancellation, or claim has been reviewed and approved by STAM Products.
