Terms & Conditions


  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required before production of any order will commence. Approval of the artwork layout provided by STAM Products is also required before production begins.

  • Quotes and proforma invoices are valid for 30 days. If an order is not confirmed within this period, a new quote may be required and will be subject to any applicable price increases.

  • Full payment must be received before any order can be delivered or collected.

  • Items remain the property of STAM Products until full payment has been received.

  • Any delivery date provided by STAM Products is an estimated delivery date only and is not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not constitute a breach of these terms.

  • Installation of products is not included in the purchase price and is not a service provided by STAM Products.

  • Standard production time is approximately 5–7 business days. Larger or more complex orders may require additional production time.

  • Orders requested within a period shorter than the standard production time may be subject to a rush fee of 20%–40%, depending on the order and required turnaround time.

  • Rush orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • All orders are subject to applicable delivery or shipping charges based on the destination, delivery address, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

  • All products supplied by STAM Products are intended primarily for events, promotional use, and temporary outdoor applications. Products should not be used as permanent fixtures or in severe or hazardous weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, severe storms, hurricanes, or extreme weather. STAM Products cannot be held responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or use in unsuitable weather conditions.

  • All products are custom printed and made to order. Custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless a verifiable manufacturing or printing error attributable to STAM Products has occurred.

  • All hardware is covered by a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, severe weather, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product care and usage instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, dimensions, quantities, and order details before production. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided to STAM Products is accurate and complete. STAM Products is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  • Customers must inspect all products upon delivery or collection and notify STAM Products of any discrepancies, shortages, or visible damage within seven (7) days. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • By placing an order with STAM Products, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
